Hello,
I´m trying to configure an iCanView290 camera.
The camera works on port 443 using https.
The URL to get a still image is: https://192.168.1.x/stillimg.jpg
Is https allowed to be used by C-MOR?
This is the error message in the log:
cam1: [1] Error reading first header - re-trying
cam1: [1] Failed to read first camera header - giving up for now
This is what I tried and it didn't work:
IP Address/DNS Name: 192.168.1.x
TCP-IP-Port: 443
User name: <valid user>
Password: <valid PW>
Cam type: Manual Path
Manual path: https://192.168.1.x/stillimg.jpg
I also tried:
Manual path: stillimg.jpg
and
Manual path: 192.168.1.33:443/stillimg.jpg
and
Manual path: /stillimg.jpg
What I´m doing wrong?
Could you please help me to configure this IP camera?
Thank you.
Regards.
Alfredo.

Re: HTTPS camera
Hello,
C-MOR is not supporting HTTPS connections yet. You have to use HTTP, Port 80 instead of HTTPS, Port 443.
We look forward to implement SSL camera connections in the future.
