Email video alarm on Android phone

I just updated my C-MOR to use the new mobile pages with the Android compatibility.

Now I can watch videos online, but once I get a video alarm it's not possible to play back the video.

I have set the MP4 format settings for mobile devices for all cameras.

What's wrong?

With the version 3.74 a new mobile interface has been released. Alarm videos for mobile devices are optionally sent in MP4 format to work on iPhones, iPads, Android phones. Most videos will play in the build in player, but if the resolution of the video is to big, the build in player of Android is not playing it back. It only shows the error, that Android is not able to play back the video without displaying the reason.

The easiest and most convenient way is to use the free Mobo Player App from the Play Store. Once videos are opened in the Email it should display the selection to play back the video in Mobo Player
