PTZ Control Axis camera not available

Hello,

I cannot find the PTZ control setting for my Axis camera.

I thought the Axis will work, also PTZ.

Anyone who can help?

Hi,

C-MOR supports Axis PTZ control. However, there is a separate update available for camera and camera control only. It can be installed with the update function.

Simply use /updates/cams/ as the path in the update form. It will install the latest camera configuration on your C-MOR including PTZ functionallity for Axis 215 PTZ.

Hi,

simply switch all cameras first and then use the URL

http:<your>/en/update.pml

Just change the path to /updates/cams/ and leave the rest unchanged.
