Advance Notice: New C-MOR Version 3.0 with database support

Until the end of February 2008 we will release the new C-MOR Version 3.0.

The main change in this version will be the implementation of a
recordings database which will improve the listing of recordings
in cases of long time recording and with the usage of many single
frame recordings.

The database driven version has reached beta-status.

All version a running in beta tests now.

The database version should be released as planned.
