Cannot upgrade C-MOR15

Hello,

I tried to upgrade the software of a C-MOR15. After switching off all cameras it shows me all the available updates, but then it shows also the text, that all cameras not to be switched of prior starting the update. Also the button to install the update is not available. The System Administration shows that all cameras were switched off. Looks like something is wrong! Please help.

There is a bug in current versions 4.11/4.12 which occurs only if more than 9 cameras are active. An update can still be installed.

Switch off all cameras in the Sytem Administration. Reboot C-MOR and then go to the Software Update in the System Administration menu and install the upate.
