I've come across a few things that don't seem to behave correctly under the Opera (12.14) browser. Under Firefox, IE8 and Comodo Dragon, it works just fine.
1. Version 3.76 Free of the VM-based NVR.
a) Logout. A new logon screen immediately appears, rather than the normal "You have just logged out" message.
b) Try to logon again: (eg admin/admin or any other userid created inside the system, but a userid/password must be entered). It is not possible to logon again.
c) Enter the URL of the VM and it returns to the main page under the userid to which I just tried (apparently unsuccessfully) to logon.
2. Version 3.76 Free of the VM-based NVR.
a) Logout. Logon screen mmediately appears.
b) Submit a blank userid/password and then press Cancel.
c) Enter the URL of the VM. I then get a logon prompt but this time it accepts the logon.
I've no way of knowing whether the problem lies with C-Mor or Opera.
3. There is also a minor bug in your online (v4.00) Windows/Linux demo. The "Start Page" button at the bottom of the System Administration screen returns me to the German-language start page, even though I was on an English-language SysAdm screen. This problem appears in other browsers too.
Best wishes.
Anomalous behaviour under Opera browser

Re: Anomalous behaviour under Opera browser
Please do not use Opera. It handels a lot of commands different than other browsers. Please use Firefox or IE.
3. This is not a bug. C-MOR can be run in German or in English. This is not a user setting. Once you call the start page it navigates to the pre-set language. Since this is German on the demo unit, it leads to the German web page. The Start button on the system status page link to start page works different. That's why it navigates to the English start page.

Re: Anomalous behaviour under Opera browser
Michael,
If bug is too strong a word, let's call it an anomaly. I fully understand that C-Mor can be run in either German or English. That said, whatever language is chosen at the start should continue to be displayed until the user decides to change it. When I enter into the online demo, English is displayed as the default, so English should continue to be displayed during the whole of my online session. Two of the "Start Menu" buttons do not conform to this fundamental principle.
In your online demonstration system I count 6 cases of the Start Menu button plus one per camera:
1. Recordings
2. Recordings --> Display Recordings
3. System Administration
4. System Administration --> Save Configuration
5. System Administration --> Save Live View Mode
6. System Status
7. Cam1- Cam6
Items 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 return to an English Start Menu. Items 3 and 5 return to a German Start Menu.
Hovering the pointer over items 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7, I can see that it will take me to http://demo4.c-mor-video.com/en/index.pml whereas items 3 and 5 will take me to http://demo4.c-mor-video.com, which is a German-language start page.
I'm simply reporting what I find.
Best wishes.
