Virtualbox annoying update notification

Hello,
I'm running C-MOR on Virtualbox. Is it possible to disable the update notification of Virtualbox? Its annoying.

Hi Tim,
Yes, it might be annoying and as long your Monitoring Software C-MOR runs stable there is not reason to install each update.
You can easily switch of the update notifiacation on a Mac VirtualBox installation:
Click on the VirtualBox Icon in the Dock
Select "Preferences" from the VirtualBox top menu
Select Update
Unmark the "Check for Updates" check box
Click ok and you should be fine
