Slow video download

Hi,

I have a bunch of different C-MOR models running, also one free VM. All works fine. However the video download from the Free VM is slow. It takes for ever downloading motion detection video sequences form this free VM. Is this only on the free VM version or is something else wrong? Is the free Version limited in the download bandwidth?

Hi Pete,

There is no limitation in the free VM version. The reason for the slow download could be a general bandwidth problem of your Internet link. Or, maybe the live view consumes too much bandwidth. You may simply change the live stream to Script Stream Mode. Does this make it faster?
