Camera not in the menu

I have a C-MOR running for some days. I bought a new camera but it is not listed in the camera selection menu. I checked before if the camera is supported and it is listed in

What do I miss?

Hi Torres,

Go to the page System Administration on your C-MOR video surveillance. Scroll down to the point

C-MOR Software Update

The right button "Camera Updates" gets you through the update page which shows you the latest updates of the cameras. Simply click "Download and install updates now".

If you don't see updates then your C-MOR probably has no access to the Internet. Maybe a proxy needs to be configured first.
