Hello,

I got a C-MOR15 but all the live streams are slow. I installed the latest Web updates, but this did not help! The C-MOR Video Web Demo through the internet is even faster!

Did anybody experience similar/same problems?

Hi Bruce,

Do you use the Firefox Browser to watch the video streams? If so this should be the problem. I was running into the same problem with my streams and the C-MOR support (btw, they respond really good an fast) suggested to go with the Opera Browser or the Internet Explorer. Since I'm using a Linux desktop the IE was not an option , but it really runs much faster with the Opera and it's very nice.
