The recording of one camera is not working. I see a grey picture instead of

In the menu point Systemstatus C-MOR shows the last log entries in
the Logfile section. Also C-MOR shows in the top area if the camera
is hooked up to the network.
Usually, if a grey picture is shown instead of the live picture, the user name
of the camera was not set up correctly. In this case you can find the
error message ' failure on first frame - giving up' in the logfile.
Anyway, if you cannot find out what is going wrong, you can use
the contact formular and post us the error message or send it
in an email to our support.
