IP Video Surveillance Forum

Hello all,

I installed the C-MOR software as described in the PDF (http://www.c-mor.com/video-surveillance ... tion-guide).

But once I try to connect to the given IP 172.20.1.234 my Firefox browser seeks a while and then shows

The connection has timed out

Any hints what I'm doing wrong?

Hello Troy,

The IP address in the PDF 172.20.1.234 is an example IP address! Please look up the IP range of your network with the command "ipconfig" in a CMD Window (on Windows PC). Mostly the IP address is something like 192.168.X.X. That is the IP range from which your C-MOR IP address has to be picked.

Lets say your Windows PC has the IP 192.168.1.100. Then you C-MOR must has something like 192.168.1.X, eg. 192.168.1.90.

Please consult somebody who is a little bit familiar with IP addresses. This will be resolved quickly.
