Update Service not working

I have installed a new virtual C-MOR 6. I'm trying to install updates, but there are no updates available, even the change log says, there are new updates available.

The update looks like this:

and then I get this error page:

I'm using the update credentials from the subscription datasheet. What do I miss?

You first need to install the camera licenses.

Obviously the upgrade to 6 cameras has not been installed yet. The path shows a 3 cams version:

The automatically selected path
/updates/v5/main/03/c-mor-v5-5.12

should be looking like this:
/updates/v5/main/06/c-mor-v5-5.12

Please install the camera licenses of your Video Surveillance and then try again.
