Video Playback Quality

I have an issue with the video quality. I run C-MOR to record trucks coming and going. But for some reason I can't read the license plate, even I'm using a Level1 Megapix Camera. I can read the license when I watch live, but not in the recordings. The license plate and pretty much all the trucks are displayed in big blocks in stead of good quality video. I can change the parameters back and forth but there is no really improvement in the quality.

Any ideas what i can do?

Hi Toto,

This problem was reported by other C-MOR video surveillance users, too. A hotfix is available that fixes this problem. There is nothing you could do in the settings to fix this quality issue if it occurs.

Please read the instructions in the registered user section of this forum to learn how to apply the hotfix.
