iPhone does not play email videos

I got a new iPhone and I setup my C-MOR to send alarm emails with videos. I can receive the videos on my iPhone, but it does not play it. Is this an error or do I something wrong?

Did you activate the iPhone compatible video attachments in the camera settings right under the email attachment configuration?
