Re: System Administration not working
Hello player1,
This looks like the license is screwed. Did you try some things in the licensing page which caused a corrupt license. The behavior indicates a license problem.

Re: HTTPS camera
Hello,
C-MOR is not supporting HTTPS connections yet. You have to use HTTP, Port 80 instead of HTTPS, Port 443.
We look forward to implement SSL camera connections in the future.

Re: C-MOR 3.7141 password "admin" doesn´t work
Hi,
I just downloaded the ZIP file from the C-MOR.COM web and tested it. There is no issue with the password/login.
Is there a way we can access your installation from the internet?
Regards,
Garry

Re: C-MOR 3.7141 password "admin" doesn´t work
Hi, We haven't encountered this problem yet. However, problems occur when VMware vSphere is used through an RDP connection. Then the password gets sometimes screwed before it "reaches" the console. Very slow typing may help The web password should work then anyway. Does the login banner sa...

Re: False video alarming
Hello Tim,
Bushes are very often the reason for negative motion alarms. Did you see there is an easy way to avoid such negative alarms with the motion detection mask in the camera configuration?

Re: How can I install VMware tools
Hi Jeff, Installing VMware tools in C-MOR is not possible. Also, after reviewing and talking to involved people, it is not necessary in matters of performance and only of advantage if you use graphics, mouse, keyboard to the console. The snapshot functionality is supported without VMware tools on Li...
