C-MOR on VMware

C-MOR Video Surveillance can run on a Virtuall Machine (VM). Feedback and infos can be found here. This completely free Video Surveillance VM packages supports all features of C-MOR for one camera. It available for VMware, VirtualBox, KVM, HyperV etc. It can be upgraded to a full version to support up to 15 IP cams.

The following documentation for installing the virtual C-MOR Video Surveillance Recorder on VMware was released.

C-MOR is up and running on VMware in a few minutes and is supported on the common virtualizated environment as there are VMware, Hyper-V, KVM and VirtualBox.

Hello Forum,

I already installed C-MOR on VMware with the ISO image. Is there a difference to this version?

Hi,

The VMware image has the Open VM Tools pre-installed so the VM could be fully managed by the VMware vCenter.

Hower, you can install the management tools manually any time.

Go to the System Administration -> Software Update -> Software Update and enter the update info for the Open VM Tools. Leave the update host unchanged, use "openvmtools" as user name and pasword, use the path /update/v5/opvenvmtools to install the upates:
